Our Shipping Philosophy
At Babs Boutique NYC, we treat every order like a piece of art. Each item is hand-inspected and prepared for its journey from our NYC studio to your doorstep.
- Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order.
- Domestic (USA): We ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking provided. Orders over $200 ship free of charge.
- International: We love our global community! International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Eco-Friendly Packaging: In line with our commitment to the planet, we use minimal, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging whenever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel as stunning as the art you’re wearing. If your piece isn’t a perfect fit, we are here to help.
- The Window: We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
- The Process: To start a return, please email info@babsboutiquenyc.com with your order number.
- Hand-Printed Glassware: Due to the fragile and one-of-a-kind nature of our artisan bottles, these are final sale. However, if an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging, and we will make it right immediately.
- Return Shipping: A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you upon return request.

Because our prints are based on original photography and our silks are natural fibers, slight variations in color or texture are part of the "soul" of the garment. If you believe your item has a genuine defect, please reach out to us—we take great pride in our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
